Murat Tibet
Murat Tibet, P.Eng. is a fully insured Certified Professional Inspector® (CPI) serving North York and surrounding areas. He has completed both the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Training Program and the InterNACHI Home Inspector Program and has several years of hands-on residential inspection experience. He uses modern inspection methods and tools, including moisture meters, infrared (IR) thermal imaging, and drone-assisted roof observation where appropriate, to provide a more comprehensive evaluation of visible building conditions. Before becoming a home inspector, Murat spent more than 25 years in engineering, technical evaluation, quality, and product development, with extensive experience involving residential mechanical and electrical systems. He has also been involved in residential renovation, system improvement, and upgrade projects, giving him a strong engineering perspective on how homes are built, renovated, maintained, and modified over time. His inspection approach focuses not only on visible defects, but also on safety, system performance, workmanship quality, signs of moisture, previous renovations, and issues that may have longer-term implications for the property. Murat’s goal is to provide clients with a clear and understandable assessment of the home’s condition so they can make informed decisions about one of the most significant investments they may make. Clients receive a clear, detailed, and photo-supported electronic inspection report written in practical language to help buyers, sellers, and homeowners understand the condition of the property and identify items that may require monitoring, maintenance, repair, or further evaluation. German and Turkish spoken.
