Murat Tibet
Murat is a fully insured Certified Professional Inspector® (CPI) with years of hands-on residential inspection experience. He has completed both the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Training Program and the InterNACHI Home Inspector Program. He applies advanced inspection methods, including moisture meters, infrared (IR) thermal imaging, and drone technology, to provide a more comprehensive evaluation of building conditions. Before becoming a home inspector, Murat spent 25 years in the home appliance sector, working closely with residential mechanical and electrical systems. In addition, he has been involved in residential home renovation, system improvement, and upgrade projects, providing a strong engineering perspective on how homes are built, renovated, and modified over time. My passion is to support clients who are planning one of the biggest investments of their lives by providing a clear and understandable summary of a home’s condition. Despite the inherent limitations of a non-invasive inspection, I focus not only on the overall condition of the property, but also on safety, system performance, workmanship quality, and the long-term implications of past renovations. My goal is to guide clients on what to watch for in the future and to help them feel confident that they have a trusted professional by their side, both during the inspection and beyond. The output is a clear, detailed, and photo-supported inspection report, written in plain language to help buyers, sellers, and homeowners understand the condition of the property.
